May 22 |
Arrival at Athens Airport . Accommodations at the Herodion Hotel where we will get together for dinner. |

May 23 |
Departing Athens in the morning on private tour for Delphi. Delphi is one of the most important historical sites in Greece. In antiquity it was believed to be the centre of the earth. Built on the slopes of Mt. Parnassos, the archaeological site includes the Sanctuary of Apollo, the Tholos, a unique Dorian monument built in the 4000B.C, the Treasury, the Castalia spring and the Palestra. |

Morning in Delphi then on to Kalambaka and the Byzantine Monasteries of Meteora |

May 25 |
Morning in Meteora, returning to Athens in the afternoon for early evening arrival. |
||
|
|
May 26 |
Free day in Athens before meeting with the rest of the group in late afternoon. |
