Studio Photo Shoot
In this workshop we will create several complex lighting setups using modifiers ranging from large to small and all shapes in between. We will also be using a range of 1 to 6 lights to create the effects that will enable you to advance your studio skills and abilities. Participants will learn how to mix combinations of lights, modifiers and gels, how to use various lighting ratios to create different effects and how to apply all of these techniques effectively to complement their respective shooting styles. Designed for all who are comfortable with professional lighting equipment but who are also eager to expand their knowledge base, this workshop will teach participants how to approach studio lighting from the conception of an idea to its successful execution.
We will cover the retouching process from start to finish on several of the photos from Sunday's shoot. We will use these photos to demonstrate refinishing techniques used for skin, hair, adding makeup, whitening teeth and eyes and reshaping body features. We will use curves, layer masks, adjustment layers, colour enhancement, and colour correction and many other techniques which you can apply to your own work.
Email to be added to the mailing list for other upcoming model photo shoot workshops.
