Join Garry Black and Dale Wilson on this week long Photography Workshop in the Unesco World Heritage site of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.  We will be based at the Lunenburg Arms Hotel, in the center of  this historic town, and very close to the scenic and colorful waterfront.

We will be concentrating our photography on this very photogenic and appealing small town, but we will also be visiting and photographing Peggy's Cove, Halifax and some of the small fishing villages and rocky shorelines along Nova Scotia's Lighthouse Route.

As we have private use of the meeting room at the hotel, the two instructors will be presenting short lectures and critques on a daily basis.  They will also be present on all outings and field trips. This will give the participants plenty of individual time with both instructors as well as the opportunity to see differing photographic styles from two of Canada's major photographers.

Participants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from  the workshop which is about a 1 1/2 hour drive from Halifax.  In past workshops, we have found that car-pooling works well during our field trips. 

If you are interested in participating in this Photography Workshop, and to guarantee a spot, a deposit will be required in the amount of $350.00 CDN per person. This deposit can be made by e-mail tranfer or  cheque, payable to Garry Black and forwarded to  the noted mailing address. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the workshop.  

We must receive written notice of your cancellation, at which time the following are nonrefundable, unless we find a replacement participant:

90 days or more before departure: 25% of deposit, plus any non-refundable costs charged by hotel

89 to 31 days before departure: 40% of trip fee

30 or fewer days before departure: 100% of trip fee

Workshop Cost:  $1995.00 + HST (13%) CDN per person (single occupancy), this includes accommodation at Lunenburg Arms, breakfast daily, and workshop tuition fee. Not included - airfare from your home to Lunenburg, meals other than breakfast, items of personal nature. This workshop is limited to 10 participants.
