Newsletter to Group April 18, 2005 Hi Everyone! I have added some technical notes to the Participant's web site. These notes should answer most if not all of your photographic technical questions  If you check the "Detailed Itinerary" page, I have added links to the Hotel's Web Sites where we are staying. I have also created a page detailing transfer instructions from the airport to the Herodion Hotel in Athens. Several people have asked about cash, traveler's cheques, ATM's and credit cards. In our experience we have found that cash and credit cards are the best option. If you are going to use an ATM,  be aware that most ATM's in Europe only use a 4 digit PIN number. If yours happens to be longer you may want to change it before leaving home, check with your financial institution. We have often found it difficult to cash traveler's cheques and the exchange rate is usually not the best. As for how much money will you need?  Probably around 500E per person should do for the trip for meals (excluding liquor) and entrance fees to Archeological sites.
